Our Repair Policy
At Melonz, every pair is covered. If your sunglasses ever break, we’ll make it right. If there was any defect, your replacement is free. If your Melonz break accidentally, we'll replace them for only $12 to cover shipping and handling. Either way, you’ll have fresh Melonz back on your face fast.
How do repairs work?
For those times when your Melonz don’t make it through the day, we keep it simple. Every pair is protected for 365 days, and we’re flexible if life happens outside that window. If your sunglasses break because of a defect in materials or workmanship, your replacement is free — period. And if it was an accident, like a drop, scratch, or getting sat on, your replacement is only $12 to cover shipping and handling.
