At Melonz, every pair is covered. If your sunglasses ever break, we’ll make it right. If there was any defect, your replacement is free. If your Melonz break accidentally, we'll replace them for only $15 plus shipping and handling. Either way, you’ll have fresh Melonz back on your face fast.
How Replacements Work
1. Fill out the form below. Takes about two minutes. Have your glasses handy for a couple of photos.
2. We sort it out, usually same day. A real person looks at every defect claim.
3. Your credit lands in your account. Log in with the same email you put on the form and it's waiting at checkout.
4. Pick whatever you want. Same style, same color, or something completely different. Your call.
You don't ship anything back to us. We do replacements, not repairs — so instead of mailing us a broken pair and waiting, we just get a fresh one on your face.
