Repairs & Replacements
Head to our Repairs & Replacements page and submit a claim — that's the fastest way to get it sorted.
Manufacturing defects (like a lens popping out or coating peeling) are covered — we'll replace those at no charge. Accidental damage (dropped it, sat on it, stepped on it — it happens) is also covered, for a flat $15 replacement. Either way, coverage runs 365 days from purchase
Returns & Exchanges
No — returns and exchanges are free.
Yes. We'll email you a return label — pack up the original pair and send it back. As soon as we receive it, your exchange ships out.

30 days from delivery — but we know things happen so we're flexible on it. We want to make sure you love your melonz.

Sizing & Fit

It takes about 30 seconds and gets you the right size every time.
You can also try on each size with our virtual try-on which is available on every product page.
Our Large frames run about 10% bigger than "one size fits all" sunglasses — wider and a bit taller. Our Small frames run about 10% smaller — not as wide or tall as one-size-fits-all shades.
Prescription Lenses
Not yet, but it's coming soon! In the meantime, a lot of our customers take their Melonz frames to their eye doctor or a local optician and have prescription lenses popped right in. Most labs can do it depending on your degree of correction.
Product & Lenses
Yes, all melonz lenses are TAC polarized. TAC (Tri-Acetate Cellulose) is the lens material — it's what lets us keep the lenses lightweight and crystal clear while still cutting glare and blocking 100% of UV rays, so you get all-day comfort without sacrificing visibility.
By design! We build our frames to be barely-there on your face — if you're used to heavier glasses, lightweight can feel unfamiliar at first, but it's a feature, not a corner cut. Every pair is also designed to fit snug without slipping or pinching, no matter how long you're in them.
